The first GIVE & GAIN HEROES awards celebrated the power of cooperation between responsible business, corporate volunteers and non-profit organizations. The new tradition highlights those who are committed to helping communities and making good things visible.

On June 12, 2026, Give & Gain Day 2026 – the National Day of Corporate Volunteering – took place across the Czech Republic. As the country's largest corporate volunteering event, it was dedicated to supporting local communities and public benefit organizations.

The Mothers and Fathers Welcome 2026 conference showed that the current parental leave system in Czechia no longer reflects the reality of families, the labour market or demographic change. The main topic was the need for systemic reform that would benefit parents, employers and the state.

The experience of Beko Manufacturing Slovakia shows that employing Roma can be a practical answer to labour shortages and a source of long-term growth. Equal conditions, fairness and respect are proving to be more effective than special programmes.
