The Data Controller is BPS – Byznys pro společnost, z.s. (Business for Society), registered office V Tůních 11, 120 00 Prague 2, tax ID no.: 22842608; BPS is the national coordinator of the Diversity Charter in the Czech Republic operating the www.diverzita.cz website and the open tool Diversity Compass at diversitycompass.diverzita.cz.

The Data Processor is Gappex, s.r.o., registered office Na Cimbále 104, 143 00 Prague 4, tax ID no.: 068 35732; Gappex, s.r.o. operates the open tool Diversity Compass.

Pursuant to the GDPR rules, in the sense of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27th April 2016  on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), by completing the online questionnaire in the open analytical tool Diversity Compass, you are granting us your consent to process the personal data provided by you in the questionnaire.

Personal data provided in the questionnaire is used for the purpose of registration of the persons completing the questionnaire on behalf of their employer or postponing the completion and subsequent completion of the questionnaire. The data will be processed for the period of 10 years.

You are, hereby, granting us your explicit consent to the processing of your personal data. The provision of personal data is voluntary.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by sending an email to info@byznysprospolecnost.cz.
