As part of the traditional European Diversity Month, the highlight event once again was the international conference European Diversity Day 2025, organized by the responsible business platform Business for Society and the national coordinator of the Diversity Charter in the Czech Republic.

Slavnostní podpis proběhl na mezinárodní konferenci „Evropský den diverzity 2023 – Budování mostů – Diverzita, Udržitelnost a Partnerství“. Noví členové Charty diverzity svým podpisem stvrzují, že diverzita a inkluze jsou pro ně i jejich zaměstnance prioritou a zároveň součástí firemních byznysových strategií.

Companies and businesses find equal representation of women in top management positions to be ever more important. They also ensure a high level of support for working parents. The results indicate that almost 80% of the Diversity Charter signatories find it vital to create tolerant work environment welcoming for all regardless their sexual orientation.
