Inclusion and diversity are the key values of our company culture. We keep inclusion and diversity in mind in all work areas and these values play a major part in our decision making, not only in the field of human resources but in every step we take. Inclusion and diversity are an integral part of many processes for ExxonMobil and we strive to raise awareness through our initiatives such as WIN (supporting women in workplace), PRIDE (promoting equality for our LGBT+ employees), DHC (creating fair working conditions for people with different health conditions), etc. The activities of these initiatives are further supported by regular trainings on inclusion and diversity for our managers. We focus on the whole spectrum that this area covers. We provide our employees with legal help, host seminars where we touch on various topics relevant to these values, and promote these values both internally and externally. Currently, among other things, we are placing great emphasis on the support of employees with different health conditions.
We joined the Diversity Charter to formally declare our company values, support the Diversity Charter and help it grow in the Czech Republic, so that we can be inspired by others and at the same time share our successful projects in this area.

Since the establishment of ExxonMobil Czech Republic 2004, the Global Business Center (“GBC”) has provided a broad range of services from its Prague office, in line with our motto “Powering ExxonMobil’s Global Business”. Together with our sister GBC in Budapest we support the great majority of all of ExxonMobil business globally.
GBC Prague has grown steadily as many of our ExxonMobil businesses have consolidated service functions into Prague. The GBC consists of i.e. Fuels & Lubricants, Logistics & Supply, Marketing Analysis and Technical Help Desk, Chemicals Customer Service & Supply Chain activities, Commercial Operations, Downstream Credit, Procurement, Payables and local Services groups (HR, Facilities, EMIT, Legal, Recruitment).
The cultural diversity of our customers is reflected in our teams, as well. GBC Prague employees currently represent 85+ nationalities and provide business services to internal and external clients in 20+ languages.
We met and exceeded the GBC objectives and by executing global/regional processes, applying best practices, developing knowledgeable staff and providing rapid responses to changing priorities, we have become essential business partners across downstream businesses, focused on operational excellence and flawless execution.

In ExxonMobil we cooperate with various non-profit organizations and actively support culture of inclusion, diversity, family relations and parenting. We are glad that we could establish a strong relationship with BPS and got a space to actively participate. Our experience and cooperation with BPS was always great and valuable. All BPS employees are very professional and educated about the topic and all workshops and events we attended in the past were well-organized and led by an experienced speaker. We are pleased that we share a common goal of connecting the corporate world with the non-profit organizations.
