What does diversity mean for Edenred?

At Edenred, we believe that everyone deserves equal opportunities and access to growth and development, regardless of gender, orientation, age or ethnic background. A key trend in corporate culture is the growing engagement of employers and their care for employees. This also includes care for physical and mental health, for which – in addition to the right work-life balance, a healthy lifestyle and balanced nutrition – it is important that people are satisfied at work, feel safe and know that they will always receive fair treatment from their employer.

How do we help?

However, we believe that the role of companies does not end with words. That is why we regularly recognize the most responsible and inclusive employers and motivate them to make positive changes across their industries. We also cooperate with a number of state and non-profit institutions, providing them with patronage and material support.

  • Together with the Women4Women initiative, we helped provide healthy and balanced school lunches to children from socially disadvantaged families.

  • In cooperation with the Beauty of Help Foundation, we donate expired meal vouchers from the previous year to support help across generations.

  • Under the auspices of the European Union, we fight food waste and monitor healthy eating habits within the FOOD Programme.

  • For the fifth year in a row, we have supported the Food Bank for Prague and the Central Bohemian Region.

Why did we sign the Charter?

We see signing the Diversity Charter as a commitment. Not only to providing and supporting equal opportunities within Edenred, but also in terms of awareness-raising. As a company whose everyday mission is to cultivate the relationship between employees and employers, we strive to lead by example and show other companies that openness and a proactive approach to employee care lead to incomparably better results. We ourselves can point to a high representation of women not only among employees, but also in leadership positions.
