New Year's Business for Society meeting with member and signatory companies

We have renewed our tradition of the New Year's meetings which were interrupted by the pandemic. On Wednesday, February 1, 2023, we met with our members and signatories in the co-working center „Pracovna“. We thank to all participants for coming and we are glad to be able to meet with you all on this occasion.

At the meeting, we introduced our new employees of the BPS team, we presented our event plan for 2023, including our main motto for 2023: "Diversity, Sustainability, Partnership."

We have introduced new activities and initiatives, in particular the Diversity Café and Sustainability Café, as a new benefit for the members and signatories. The main reason for this initiative is to strengthen networking and partnerships, and to share further the best practice not only in our community, but also outside.

We have also introduced the new open analytical tool Diversity Compass, developed as part of the Diversity & Inclusion MasterClass project, designed to support those employers that want to implement the diversity and inclusion in their companies and in the Czech labor market.

The event was also ment as a networking to meet and discuss not only about sustainability, responsibility, diversity and inclusion; we toasted to the Prosperous New Year 2023, which has started promisingly, and we also took a traditional joint photo.

We thank to all our members and signatories for their support and cooperation. Thank you for the responsible approach to your business and for being a part of our unique community of companies that persistently and gradually change trends in the Czech labor market.
