Diversity Charter Awards 2026!
The application deadline for this year’s Diversity Charter Awards has been extended until 30 April 2026.
Take advantage of the extended deadline and submit your projects and initiatives.
Especially at this time, it is very important to show that diversity, equal opportunities and inclusion in the corporate environment play an irreplaceable economic, social and value-based role for the entire labour market and society as a whole.
Openness, respect, equality and dignity are not just abstract concepts – they are the pillars on which stable and prosperous societies are built.
Long-term research by prominent economists such as Daron Acemoglu and James A. Robinson, who have also been awarded the Nobel Prize, shows that economic prosperity develops best in democratic and open systems. Societies based on respect for human rights, equal opportunities and inclusion create an environment in which individuals and entire organizations can grow and innovate to their full potential.
Just as this applies to societies, it also applies to companies: their long-term success is built on the quality of the working environment. On their corporate culture, rules and values that shape everyday operations. Employers who are open, respect their employees and support equal opportunities create an environment where people can fully develop their potential. And it is precisely such an environment that is naturally reflected in their performance, innovation and overall prosperity.
That is why we want to recognize companies that not only declare these values, but truly live by them – and through their open, safe and motivating working environment clearly demonstrate that respect and inclusion are not only the right thing to do, but also effective.
Because the values we build on today determine what society will look like tomorrow.
We look forward to receiving your applications.
