Cultural Adaptability at Workplace - Webinar is organized as a part of the European Diversity Month

The webinar will focus on the current topic of diversity, cultural adaptability in companies, including sharing best practices and inspiration from responsible companies.

• We will discuss globalization and its impact on employee mobility, as well as multicultural diversity as a current topic not only for companies but for society as a whole.

• What are its advantages, challenges and future trends?

• How can we not only eliminate misunderstandings and prejudices stemming from work environments where different nationalities and cultures meet, but also integrate foreigners into companies and Czech society as quickly as possible?

• How do companies handle communication within the company with many nationalities, and how do they work with managers and team leaders to effectively manage multicultural teams?

We will not only seek the answers to these questions together but also explore best practices and experiences of companies.
