European Diversity Day 2024: DIVERSITY & INCLUSION CHAMPIONS

We cordially invite you to our special event "European Diversity Day - Diversity & Inclusion Champions," gathering of all supporters of diversity and inclusion.

This is a special day for us, together with you we will celebrate the 10th anniversary of the Diversity Charter in the Czech Republic, an important partner for all employers to the world of diversity and inclusion at workplace.

In 2014, the first signatory companies joined the Diversity Charter. Over the past ten years, more than 130 signatories have joined the Diversity Charter. You will find among signatories both, foreign and domestic companies, medium and small employers. They also include state and public institutions. The companies in the Diversity Charter have gradually become the trendsetters in the Czech labour market, setting the direction in key topics of the present time. The family of the Diversity Charter is definitely diverse; you will have a great opportunity to meet all of them in one place and be inspired.

Business for Society is the national coordinator of the European Diversity Charter. As our unique community grows, we will also welcome new companies to the Diversity Charter at this occasion.

What can you expect if you accept our invitation?

You will have a great opportunity to meet outstanding personalities of diversity and inclusion in the Czech Republic, especially representatives of responsible companies, as well as the founders of the Diversity Charter in the Czech Republic and our important partners and VIP guests.

Our invitation has been accepted by H.E. Jurgen van Meirvenne, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Belgium to the Czech Republic, Irena Moozová, Deputy Director General for Justice and Consumers (DG-JUST), Pavlína Kalousová, member of the top management, Plzeňský Prazdroj and  founder of the Diversity Charter in the Czech Republic and Monika Ladmanová, Head of the European Commission Representation in the Czech Republic. You can also meet with Michaela Chaloupková, member of the Board of Directors of ČEZ a.s., Milena Jabůrková, Director of Government Programmes at IBM Czech Republic and Slovakia and Vice President of the Confederation of Industry and Transport of the Czech Republic and many others. You will be able to meet personally with the first signatories of the Charter - pioneers of diversity in the Czech Republic and other representatives of responsible companies.

Our invitation was also accepted by Michaela Prajerová, People & Culture Manager at Philip Morris International, the partner of this year's Diversity Day.
