European Diversity Day 2025 Ceremonial Conference

We warmly invite you to a ceremonial gathering of all supporters and advocates of diversity and inclusion – the "European Diversity Day."

May is all about diversity! It is traditionally the European Diversity Month, culminating once again this year in the European Diversity Day 2025 conference, organized by the Business for Society platform, the national coordinator of the Diversity Charter. The conference is held with the support of the European Commission. This unique event brings together leaders of responsible business, representatives of public administration, and academia to shape the trends of the modern labor market.

What can you look forward to?

• Exclusive guests and inspiring discussions – You can expect top personalities from major companies, institutions, and the academic sphere. The opening panel will focus on current challenges of diversity, inclusion, and sustainability in times of rapid change.

• Ceremonial accession of new signatories of the Diversity Charter – More and more companies are committing to creating inclusive workplaces, and we are happy to welcome new signatories among us. In 2014, the first companies joined the Diversity Charter… and over the past 11 years, more than 130 have followed. Signatories include large corporations, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises, and public sector institutions. The companies united under the Diversity Charter have gradually become true trendsetters of the Czech labor market.

• The grand finale of the conference will include a festive announcement of the winners of the 1st annual Diversity Charter Awards 2025. This prestigious recognition will go to companies actively contributing to a fairer and more inclusive work environment.
