Ceremonial meeting and accession of new signatory companies to the Diversity Charter

The ceremonial meeting of the new signatories of the Diversity Charter in 2022, including the ceremonial accession of new signatory companies to the Diversity Charter. The main partner of the meeting will be the Representation of the European Commission in the Czech Republic. New signatory companies will access the Diversity Charter with the participation of Mrs. Monika Ladmanová, Head of the European Commission's representation in the Czech Republic.

In line with the motto of the 2022 European Diversity Month, we want to continue „building bridges“ in the society in the context of diversity and inclusion. We aim to connect companies of different sizes and businesses, state institutions, municipalities, academic community and non-profit organizations to cooperate and share their best practices in diversity and inclusion. We also intend to further strengthen mutual cooperation networks within the framework of the European Platform of the Diversity Charter and the entire European Union. Together with the signatory companies, we want to further develop and expand awareness of diversity and inclusion in the Czech labor market.

The program includes an open debate with the European Commission on plans and priorities on the labor market in the context of diversity and inclusion, then a look back at this extraordinary year 2022, including the Diversity Master Class project and its results. The project is supported by the European Union in the "Law, Equality and Citizenship" program, and last but not least we will also present a plan of activities and events in the Diversity Charter in 2023. The culmination of the entire meeting will be a ceremonial accession of new signatories to the Diversity Charter.
