The Diversity Charter Awards are intended for small, medium-sized and large companies operating in the Czech Republic that systematically create an open and respectful working environment. The awards highlight both specific projects and companies’ long-term strategic work in the area of diversity and inclusion.
“Diversity and inclusion are not a one-off initiative, but a long-term commitment. The aim of the Diversity Charter Awards is to recognize organizations that deliver real impact – not only within companies, but also towards society as a whole,” says Kamila Čubanová, Diversity Manager, Business for Society.
Companies may submit projects implemented between 2024 and 2026 for the second edition of the awards. The evaluation will focus in particular on the benefit, sustainability, measurable impact and inspirational/innovative nature of the solution.
The official announcement of the results will take place on 29 May 2026 as part of an international conference held on the occasion of European Diversity Day 2026.
