We present the 1st edition of the Diversity Charter Awards, a prestigious recognition for companies that actively promote diversity and inclusion in their work environment and the Czech labor market. These awards are dedicated to companies that create an open and friendly workplace where employees have the opportunity to develop their potential regardless of age, gender, family status, sexual orientation, nationality, or other differences.

We aim to recognize companies that strive to foster an inclusive environment and actively eliminate barriers, stereotypes, and discrimination in the workplace and the labor market. They support employees in their professional and personal growth and contribute to an inclusive corporate culture. Through these values, they not only strengthen their teams and improve working conditions but also positively impact the Czech labor market and society as a whole.

Especially in these turbulent times, it is more important than ever to show that diversity, inclusion, equal opportunities, and respect for differences play an irreplaceable role. These are our key values, upon which open, prosperous, and democratic societies were built after World War II.

The awards will be presented in four categories:

• European Diversity Charter Award – the main award

• Diversity Charter Award – Women-Friendly Company

• Diversity Charter Award – Multi-Generational Friendly Company

• Diversity Charter Award – ROMA Friendly Company
