Another amendment to labor legislation is here… and companies can expect a number of changes. The draft law is likely to pass the Senate of the Czech Republic soon, meaning it could take effect shortly.

What should we prepare for? What will change, and what will be the impact on companies, their employees, and the Czech labor market as a whole? All this will be explained by experts from the consulting company Accace s.r.o.

The program also includes the topic of the “Pay Transparency Directive”, which is expected to be incorporated into Czech legislation soon. What is the purpose and rationale of this regulation? What should employers be preparing for? What are the benefits and the risks? Participation of representatives from the European Commission is currently under negotiation for this part of the program.
