Let us invite you to our upcoming diversity event organized jointly by BpS – Business for Society – Czech Diversity Charter, NYU Prague and Vodafone Czech Republic.

Women in Leadership Platform

The Women in Leadership Platform, a new joint initiative of BpS – Czech Diversity Charter in partnership with Vodafone Czech Republic, other companies and stakeholders, seeking to support and encourage cooperation in promoting complex and effective approach to gender diversity and women in leadership. It aims to address gender equality, equal and fair pay, work-life balance and other relevant aspects in all phases of women’s economic activity along with reference to other roles they perform in their lives (e.g. parenting).

Hereby, we aspire to create an informal but effective platform for surveys, sharing, joint programs and activities. We are persuaded that our initiative is to impact employers substantially in one of the key areas of diversity. The first event shall provide a closer look at diversity from Czech as well as American perspectives and experience and provide space for formulating needs and expectations.
