What can you look forward to?

The workshop will focus on how to create a workplace free from prejudice and exclusion where everyone can reach their maximum potential. The speakers will cover a number of different aspects relating to workplace equality and there will be time to engage in questions, answers and dialogue where attendees can share their own experiences.

Christian Noll – LGBT+ Executive Sponsor for IBM CEE

Diversity and inclusion in the workplace

Christian will present what IBM has achieved to create a workplace free from prejudice and exclusion including contracts of employment, employee awareness, management education and many more aspects.

Monika Ladmanová – Advisor and Member of the Cabinet of EU Commissioner for Justice, Consumers and Gender Equality; Monika will talk about EU policies to advance LGBT equality

Milena Jabůrková – IBM Government and Regulatory Affairs Executive and Vice President for Digital Agenda and Education, Confederation of Industry of the Czech Republic

Christopher Camargo – IBM Portfolio Leader, Integrated Service Management Europe; presenting the Cost of Thinking Twice
